Insurance

I accept most
major plans.

I am in-network with all major insurance plans. If you don't see your carrier listed, please reach out — coverage changes, and I'm happy to verify your benefits before your first appointment.

If you are using insurance, your cost will depend on your plan's copay, coinsurance, and deductible. I recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your mental health benefits before we begin.

Superbills are available through my biller for out-of-network reimbursement requests. My biller is responsive and happy to assist with any insurance inquiries.

Common Questions

Quick answers
on costs.

Do I need insurance to get started?

Not at all. Self-pay clients are welcome. The intake session is $160 and ongoing sessions are $140. Sliding scale options may be available.

How do I know what my insurance will cover?

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health outpatient benefits — specifically your copay, deductible, and whether telehealth is covered.

Can I use my FSA or HSA card?

Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted through a secure Stripe payment form embedded in the client portal — simple and compliant.
