First appointment

If we decide to move forward, I enter your information into the secure client portal. You'll receive intake paperwork, consent forms, and your telehealth video link — all before your first session.

I typically respond within one business day. Phone consultations are often scheduled in the middle or toward the end of the day — which also includes some evening availability. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please don't hesitate to follow up.
